Which Minister has the Best Jokes

Welcome to Metro Faith Christian Church!

We are so glad that you find yourself at our website. Maybe you are right now searching for a new place to land. It might be, like countless individuals that have graced our church, that you are striving to endure some storms in your life. We have found that there is a storm raging in our world. We are blown by the winds of uncertainty: maybe in our employment, relationships, or health. We are assaulted by the hail of doubt: science, government, and friends. We are blinded by the rain of fear: what's my purpose in life?, what will happen to me when I die? Does anyone really love me?

The greatest goal of our church is to be a peace in the midst of the storms. Through our worship, study, fellowship, and ministry we strive to connect all with the author of Peace-the Prince of Peace-Jesus Christ.

Our church is not large but our hearts our HUGE! We have suffered like you have suffered and we hope you will seek a place where you can finally get some peace! We hope you will join us this Sunday or maybe just read some of the stories of hope we share through this site.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:17

What the Bible Says
About Prayer

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." Matthew 26:41

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8

"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." Matthew 19:19-20

"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Matthew 21:22

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins. " Mark 11:24-25
